LuminaPath Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LuminaPath (“the app”), published by Peter GORGY, handles information. The short version: the app does not collect, transmit or share any personal data.

1. Information we collect

None. The app does not request internet access, has no user accounts, contains no advertising and includes no analytics, crash-reporting or tracking services.

2. Information stored on your device

Everything you enter, such as journal entries, ratings, gratitudes, worksheets and settings, is stored only in the app’s private storage on your phone. We cannot access it.

3. Backups

• You may create an encrypted backup file and save it to a location you choose.
• The backup is protected with a password you set. We never receive the file or the password and cannot recover either.
• If you save the file to a cloud service, that service’s own privacy terms apply.
• Android’s own device backup may also include app data, depending on your phone’s settings.

4. Purchases

LuminaPath is sold through Google Play. Payment is processed by Google under Google’s privacy policy. We receive only the standard sales reports Google provides to developers and no payment details.

5. Children

The app is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

6. Health information

Mood, anxiety, energy and sleep ratings you enter stay on your device and are never transmitted. The app is a personal growth tool and not a medical device.

7. Your choices

You can delete individual entries in the app, erase all data from Settings, or uninstall the app to remove its data from your phone.

8. This website

gorgy.net runs on WordPress. Our web host may record standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and operation. If you email us or use the contact or feedback form, we use your message only to reply and to improve LuminaPath and this website. Messages sent through these forms are saved on our site, where only the site owner can read them, and deleted once the matter is resolved and in any case within 12 months, or earlier if you ask.

If you request a closed-test invitation, we store the name, Google Play email, language, country, phone model and message you enter, and send them to support@gorgy.net. We use them only to add you to the tester list and contact you about the test, never for marketing. We delete them when the closed test ends, or earlier if you ask us.

Social media and share buttons on this website are plain links. No social media scripts, cookies or trackers load on our pages. A network receives information only when you choose to open its link or share a page.

If you send a testimonial, we store the name and place you want shown, your email address, how you use LuminaPath, your words and the date of your consent. We publish it only with your consent and after reading it, and we never show your email address. You can ask us at any time to remove it. Testimonials we do not publish are deleted within 12 months.

To show how many people are on the site right now, your browser sends a short signal about once a minute while a page is open. We turn your IP address and browser type into a one-way code that changes every day, keep that code for 5 minutes, and never store the IP address itself. This uses no cookies and nothing is stored on your device. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, you are not counted.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page and describe the change in the app’s release notes.
